I have a frigidaire upright frost free freezer model number is FFU2065FW3 I put in a new electronic temperature control Board and when I plugged the freezer back in, the control board was flashing "E" and not turning on. I pushed both buttons to try and reset it, then it flashed a "4" and the fan turned on for about less than a minute and then turned off, not to come on again and then flashing E again. I unplugged the freezer for about 30 seconds then plugged it back in again to try and reset it that way, but the same thing happened as before, the fan came on for less than a minute then the freezer shut off and started blinking E on the panel. Can you please tell me what's up with that?

OK, this is a failed controller board, any E4* is Power supply & Controller Board, probably caused by a power spike. You need to get the unit looked at to see if it is able to be repaired, and if parts are available. If you wish to try and repair this yourself, you must get a service manual, to do so, and to be able to order parts.
